When is the best time to begin this journal?
This journal is perpetual so you can begin anytime that feels right for you. The undated format allows you to have a break from daily journaling with ease. Just put it down and pick these beautiful pages back up, right where you left off. No stress! While gratitude benefits amplify with consistent daily practice, it’s important not to force the habit. So, rest assured, there is total flexibility here.
We have designed this journal around a one-hundred day journey, a time-frame that is not so daunting to stick to, yet will allow you to soak up all those life-changing benefits. Challenge yourself to a one-hundred day journey, and see where it takes you.
What daily time commitment is needed?
Daily prompts are aimed for simplicity and to fit seamlessly into your life. All that is required is as little as five minutes a day. Some daily optional exercises will take longer, but please remember there is no need to do these if you don't have time. See what resonates with you, and leave the rest. Save a couple for the weekend!
You only need to fill this journal in once a day, whether in the morning, evening, or another convenient time. Unlike some journals that require both morning and
nighttime entries, this one is designed for simplicity.
The portable nature of the journal also means you can carry with you anywhere, anytime. Pop it into your handbag, and journal on the go!
Who is this journal aimed for?
Anyone who is curious about gratitude and the positive impact it can have in their life, who is willing and open to give it a shot! Whether you're a beginner who is unsure where to start, or a seasoned journaller who wants to add further depth to their practice, this journal will be perfect for you.
What is the difference between The Joy Journal, Everyday Gratitude Journal, and the YOU journal?
The Joy Journal is a 52-week (365 day) daily gratitude journal, with weekly reflection pages and bespoke prompts aimed for busy mothers.
The Everyday Gratitude Journal is a 100-day gratitude journal (not specifically for mothers) with unique daily prompts, optional exercises, and quotes to add depth to your gratitude practice.
The YOU journal includes a small daily space for gratitude, however, the emphasis of YOU is about creating change, growth, and flourishing. The YOU journal’s beginning chapters require you to dig deep and really evaluate how you are living your life, and what you most what for your future. It involves identifying your values, dreams, life success statement, includes a goal-setting chapter, well-being practices chapter, and then follows up these intention setting pages with six-months of monthly planning and daily journaling.
