BENEFITS
We believe in using plants to assist a healthy lifestyle, so we’ve outlined the benefits of the herbs used in this blend below. This is provided for informational purposes; please check with your medical advisor before using our teas to treat medical concerns.
Raspberry leaf:
Raspberry leaf tea is rich in antioxidants and may help regulate blood sugar levels, improve digestion, and reduce inflammation. Many women use raspberry leaf to help them in their preparations for labour and birth. We recommend consulting with your medical practitioner or midwife before consuming when pregnant.
Chamomile flowers:
One of our all time favourites, Chamomile is known to improve sleep quality, help with anxiety and depression as well as gently support your digestive and immune systems.
Rose petals:
Rose petals are more than just pretty. They are antioxidant rich little petals and are both anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial. Rose petals have been known to reduce stress and alleviate pain.
ON SUNDAYS
On Sundays was born out of the desire for a moment of calm. Created in exploration of balance. Among the many nourishing qualities you get from steeped herbs, a cup of tea is more than that. It’s a reminder to slow down and take a deep breath. Allow yourself to savour the present moment and to acknowledge how you feel.
Of the sun. In exploration of balance. We are here to tread lightly and live slowly. Let’s do it together, one cup of tea at a time.
*This is loose-leaf tea ( no teabags ).
